Fine dining and design meet in Milan: Michelin-starred chef Mauro Elli welcomed the Saudi delegation led by Mayada Badr in an event made possible also by SiAmo il Monferrato.

In the Lombard capital, chef Mauro Elli, president of the Italian National Restaurateurs Association, met with a delegation of Saudi executives led by Mayada Badr, chef, entrepreneur, and CEO of the Culinary Arts Commission of Saudi Arabia, a central figure in the international promotion of the Kingdom’s gastronomic heritage. The meeting took place at “Angelina Kitchen,” the multifunctional kitchen concept displayed in the Milan showroom of Promemoria, the historic Brianza-based luxury artisan furniture company led by Romeo Sozzi and present with showrooms in the world’s major capitals. The event, organized thanks to SiAmo il Monferrato and Mood eventi e comunicazione, brought together gastronomic culture and design excellence. The exchange generated numerous ideas for future international collaborations among the parties involved, in a dialogue that unites flavors, craftsmanship, and cultural diplomacy.
