The Italian Armenian community portal announces the international preview screening of the documentary “Gemina – Echoes of Identity Across Borders”, dedicated to the dialogue between Monferrato and Armenia on art, memory, and identity. The announcement mentions the press presentation on April 14 at the Teatro Alfieri in Asti and lists the producers as the association SiAmo il Monferrato with Fondazione Time2, Hayeli, and Nork Group, directed by Asti native Alessio Mattia. The film draws parallels between the two territories on spirituality, traditions, wine culture, and resilience, and is accompanied by a book and a photographic exhibition, the first chapter of a three-year project. The protagonists are mentioned, from Tsitoghdzyan to Hamasyan, from Ohanyan to Nespolo and Coffano, as well as the participation of four young people from Fondazione Time2 in the production. The preview is scheduled for April 21 at Cinema Anteo in Milan, with a Turin screening on May 14 and the book presentation at the Turin Book Fair.
