On the day of the press conference at Teatro Alfieri, La Voce di Asti recounts how the Asti area chose to look at itself in the mirror of Armenia.

The article reports on the official presentation, in the Gianni Basso hall of Teatro Alfieri, of “Gemina – Echoes of Identity Across Borders”, the documentary through which Asti looks beyond its borders, interweaving Monferrato and Armenia in a narrative of identity, memory, traditions, and wine culture. The film, directed by Asti-based videomaker Alessio Mattia and produced by SiAmo il Monferrato with Fondazione Time2, Hayeli, and Nork Group, was completed between December and February with filming in Yerevan, Venice, Paris, Turin, and the Asti area. The publication describes it as the story of a rarely traveled bridge connecting two shores of a kindred world, made of spirituality, winemaking, art, and migration. Gemina represents the first chapter of a three-year journey intended to tell the story of Asti and Monferrato through comparison with other territories of the world. The next appointment indicated is the international preview on April 21 at Cinema Anteo in Milan, as part of Design Week.
